The team was spread geographically in China, UK, Texas and a way was needed to create a sandbox to share ideas.
When Jaguar Land Rover needed a new car ‘configuration tool’ the problem was not not enough ideas it was deciding which ones in order to determine the technology. The recommendation was a series of workshops to capture ideas, constraints and incorporate user feedback gathered from the previous system.
The new tool needed to be easy to use but also easily customisable along with making sure the options were correct and price sensitive.
